Silver, gold weaken on bearish global advice

Mumbai, Sept 15: Values of silver and gold weakened on bearish global advice in the closing session, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association today said.

Following were the closing rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg) .999 fineness grade: Rs 17,645 (18,345) Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 8,690 (8,925) Gold 99.9 purity pure gold : Rs 8,740 (8,975).
