Shiv Sena to contest Punjab assembly polls

Phagwara, Sept 15: The Punjab unit of the Shiv Sena (Bal Thackarey) has decided to contest 20 seats in the state assembly elections to be held in February next year.

Disclosing this to mediapersons here today, party's senior vice-president Pawan Parbhakar said the Sena will seek poll alliances with ''like minded parties''.

He said the seats to be contested are yet to be identified.
