Raju family sells 25.48 mn scrips of Satyam Computers in block deal

Mumbai, Sep 15 (UNI) A total of 2,54,87,850 shares of Satyam Computer Services were given up by the Rajus (promoter) in the four major block deals at BSE and NSE on September 14, 2006.

B Nandini Raju sold 283,2900 shares of Satyam Computer Services, while B Radha Raju sold 271,1450 shares, both at Rs 809 per share of the company, market sources said.

In addition, B Ramalinga Raju sold a total of 19943500 shares at Rs 809-817 per share of the IT major.

On the other hand, SRSR Holdings purchased 2,78,64,000 shares of Satyam at Rs 809-817 per share on Thursday last.
