Ranchi, Sept 15: As Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda resigned yesterday due to the loss of majority in the House, the prospects of UPA forming the Government in the state improved. However, the confusion in the state has cleared as Madhu Koda, an independent candidate, has emerged strong.
