'Karnataka One' to solve public grievances on the anvil
Bangalore, Sep 15 (UNI) The Karnataka Government has decided to set up 'Karnataka One' on the lines of 'Bangalore One' to hear and solve public grievances on the fast track, Deputy Chief Minister M P Prakash said today.
Talking to reporters after a meeting of officials of the district administration and Zilla Panchayat here, he said the Chief Minister had instructed the e-Governance department to set up such a permanent infrastructure with private partnership.
New helplines would be given to all the districts on the model of the already available popular numbers like 100 and 101 for registering their complaints round the clock, Mr Prakash said.
Karnataka One would help the people to connect with the Chief Minister's Office and the officials concerned to solve their problems, he said.
