Haryana police arrests Delhi based woman
Chandigarh, Sep 15 (UNI) The Haryana police has arrested a woman of New Delhi who was involved in arranging fake jobs for people in a Gurgaon-based company, Genpact.
A spokesman for the state police department disclosed today that the alleged accused identified as Surbhi Saini alias Sheenawas was running a placement centre named Dolphy in Janak Puri, New Delhi. He said that a complaint in this regard had been lodged by the Deputy President of Genpact, Mr Vibhu Narayan.
In the complaint, Mr Narayan stated that fake appointment letters had been issued on behalf of the company. The accused had been booked under sections 419, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
On interrogation, she revealed names of her four accomplices namely Pramod Singh Bhandari, Manish, Swati Sharma and Saurabh Verma. The accused had been sent in one-day police remand and further investigation of the case was in progress.
