Four persons of a family killed in Tripura

Agartala, Sep 15 (UNI) Four persons, including a four-year-old boy, were murdered by unknown miscreants under Teliamura police station in Tripura's west district last night.

Police today said the miscreants attacked the house of one Krishna Thang Hrangkhawl and killed four members of his family, including his wife and four-year-old son, with sharp weapons at Tuikui Hrangkhawl para under Khowai sub-division.

All the bodies were brought to Teliamura hospital for post-mortem.

Senior police officials, including SP, West DIG range, rushed to the spot and launched a massive search operation to nab the killers.

The motive behind the murder was not yet known, police added.
