FAPCCI to organise workshop and training session

Hyderabad, Sept 15 (UNI) The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry(FAPCCI) would organise a workshop and training session on'Impact of Trade Mark as Intellectual Property Rights(IPR) in the global competition-problems and practical solutions' here tomorrow.

Talking to newspersons here today, Vice-President of the FAPCCI Suraj Prasad Agarwal and President of the Acumen Legal Education Research and Training(ALERT) said the workshop was aimed and focused on the frequent and common problems being faced by Pharma Industry, Information Technology, Corporates, Businessmen, among others.

They said the objective of the workshop was to highlight various aspects of IPR, its impact globally and problems faced in the registration of trade marks and appropriate solutions.

The seminar was to disseminate the information and knowledge on IPR more specifically on registration of trade marks, processing and protection of trade marks, they added.

They said FAPCCI would organise the workshop in assocaiton with the ALERT and Osmania University College of Law here. Nearly 150 delegates would take part in the workshop.
