Digvijay against MP govt's move over lifting ban

Bhopal, Sep 15 (UNI) AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh has described as ''improper'' the Madhya Pradesh government's lifting of ban on government officials' participation in the RSS activities.

''The ban had been imposed so that the government employees fulfilled their responsibilities impartially while keeping within the ambit of rules and the democratic system,'' he said in reaction to the move in the Shivraj Singh Chouhan's regime that was made public yesterday.

Alleging that both the RSS agenda and ideology were ''communal,'' the former Madhya Pradesh chief minister denounced the lifting of the ban.
