Diggy against MP govt's move vis-a-vis RSS

Bhopal, Sep 15: AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh has described as ''improper'' the Madhya Pradesh government's lifting of a ban on government officials' participation in RSS activities.

''The ban had been imposed so that government employees fulfilled their responsibilities impartially while keeping within the ambit of rules and the democratic system,'' he said in reaction to the Shivraj Singh Chouhan regime's move that was made public yesterday.

Alleging that both the RSS agenda and ideology were ''communal,'' the former Madhya Pradesh chief minister denounced the lifting of the ban.
