Bihar government transfers 11 IAS officers
Patna, Sep 15 (UNI) In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Bihar government today transferred 11 Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officers.
Mr Vijay Raghavan, the Industrial Development Commissioner, was given additional charges of sugarcane development department while sugarcane development commissioner K K Pandey was shifted as member advisor to Yojna Parishad.
Transport Commissioner Pancham Lal was made commissioner cum secretary Labour department. Cooperative secretary Ajay Kumar was sent to Yojna Parishad as advisor.
According to the notification Information secretary Vivek Kumar Singh had been given additional charges of administrator road transport. Others who had been shifted include senior IAS officers- A K Sinha, Anand Vardhan Sinha, Akhileshwar Prasad Giri, Bhrigunath Upadhayaya, Anwar Alam Manjar and Suresh Prasad Singh.
