Arms transportation an intelligence failure: BJP

Rajahmundry, Sept 15 (UNI) The BJP state executive member Garimella Chittababu today alleged that the intelligence wing of the Andhra Pradesh Police had failed to sense the transportation of rocket launchers from Tamil Nadu and demanded a CBI inquiry into it.

Talking to reporters Mr Chittababu said the government had not registered a case on the Kranthi Transport which allegedly indulged in the transportation of rocket launchers to the state.

He also alleged that the Congressmen were hand in glove with those accused in the arm haul case.
