Three IAS officials transferred

Bangalore, Sep 14 (UNI) In a minor shuffle, the Karnataka Government today transferred three IAS officials.

Mr Arvind G Rishabud, Secretary for Land Reforms was appointed as the new Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Secretary.

Mr K H Gopalakrishne Gowda, Registrar of Cooperative Societies has been transferred but was not given posting.

Mr N Shivashailam, who was the Panchayat Raj Secretary, was transferred to Finance Department until further orders of appointing him as Karnataka State Bewarages Corporation Managing Director.

Ms Muktamba, Joint secretary to Government has been appointed as Additional Secretary.
