Large quantity of explosives recovered; 4 held
Nasik, Sept 14: Police nabbed four people and seized a large quantity of explosives from them, while hunt for four others was going on here in this city of Maharashtra.
The explosives were recovered from a flat of Rajsarthi Society in Indra Nagar here, which Police Commissioner Paramvir Singh said had no connection with the recent Malegaon blasts and were not kept for spreading violence.
The recovery included 18 detonators, five gelatin sticks, a country-made pistol and two cartridges, he told reporters.
The arrested included Nasik residents Wasim Jafar Ali, Syed Zuber, Sabir Khan and Feroz Khan Pathan alias Munna, he said.
This was second incident of recovery.
