HC grants two weeks to file report on Shahabuddin

Patna, Sep 13 (UNI) Patna High Court today granted two weeks the state government for filing a detailed report on recovery of illegal firearms and foreign currencies from the ancestral residence of RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin in Siwan last year.

Justice Navin Sinha granted the time to the state government during the hearing of regular bail petition of the MP in the said case.

Earlier, counsel of the state government had urged the court to grant more time to prepare and file the detailed report before it in the concerned case.
