Former Minister selected for MRG award

Kottayam, Sept 13 (UNI) Former Minister E Chandrasekharan Nair has been selected for the "MRG Puraskaram" for social service.

The award is instituted in memory of Freedom Fighter MRG Panicker. The award, consisting of a cash prize of Rs 10,001 and a memento, would be presented at a function at Thiruvananthapuram in October.
