On-demand CRM launched for Indian market
Bangalore, Sep 12: Salesforce.com, the technology and market leader in on-demand business services, in association with Theikos, a leading AppExchange developer, today launched on-demand CRM and support bundle exclusively for India.
Salesforce.com Asia Pacific President and CEO Steve Russel told newspersons here on the occasion that the bundle, designed to address the unique requirements of the Indian market, would provide businesses instant access to enterprise-class On-demand CRM solutions.
He said the bundle included one year of Salesforce licenses for up to five users of Salesforce Professional Edition, along with implementation services at Rs 1.5 lakh. Thekois would provide implementation services, comprising data migration, configuration, customisation and business process consulting and training. The key benefit of this bundled offer to Indian businesses was the speed at which clients would be up and running, and focused on sales success.
Most implementations in India were expected to be completed within two weeks, he added.
Theikos President and CEO Jasson Masciarelli said a rapidly growing number of Indian businesses were looking to leverage on-demand technology to streamline their business processes and gain greater visibility in operations and sales. ''The Instant CRM offering, which includes software subscription and rapid implementation is great news for Indian businesses of all shapes and sizes.
