i-flex to issue Equity shares to promoter for Rs 581 cr

New Delhi, Sep 12 (UNI) i-flex Solutions Ltd today said its members have accorded their approval to issue 4,447,418 equity shares to its promoter Oracle Global (Mauritius) Ltd at Rs 1307.50 aggregating to Rs 581 crore.

''The members at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the company have approved the resolution for issue and allotment of 4,447,418 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each for cash at the price of Rs 1307.50 aggregating to Rs 5,814,999,035 on a preferential basis to , Oracle Global (Mauritius) Ltd, the promoter of the company, a company statement said.
