Sonia likely visit HP in October

Shimla, Sep 11 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today said All India Congress Committee (AICC) President Sonia Gandhi was likely to visit Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh in October later this year.

Addressing a group of journalists who called on him here, he said the dates of her visit to the district were being finalised. '''The date of her visit to the state will be announced later.'' Mr Singh said apart from addressing a rally in the district, she would also unveil a statue of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi at the Ayurveda College at Paprola in the district.
