OPEC agrees to leave oil output ceiling unchanged
VIENNA, Sept 11 (Reuters) OPEC agreed at a meeting on Monday to keep its oil output ceiling unchanged at 28 million barrels per day, a delegate said.
The group postponed a decision on the thorny issue of which country should put forward the next secretary general, the delegate added.
