Justice Mishra sworn in

Jabalpur, Sep 11 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh High Court Chief Justice Anang Kumar Pattnaik today administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly-appointed additional judge Rakesh Chandra Mishra.

On September 5, President A P J Abdul Kalam issued the warrant of appointment for a period of two years. Justice Mishra was earlier serving as the District and Sessions Judge, Jabalpur.

The strength of the High Court judges rose to 39 as against the sanctioned strength of 42.
