Cousin murdered for 1 Kg rice

Badwani(MP), Sep 11(UNI) A tribal killed his cousin following a dispute over returning one Kg rice given as loan during a death ceremony.

Police said Inder Singh and his three accomplices were arrested last night on the charge of murdering Jhagoo, a resident of Jhopali village near Sendhwa in this district.

During the rituals after the death of Inder Singh's father, Jhagoo has given one Kg rice on the promise Inder Singh will return 4 Kg rice on similar occasion. However, Jhagoo's demand for return of 1 Kg rice resulted in his murder.
