Urdu daily Kashmir Uzma launched

Srinagar, Sep 10 (UNI) A new urdu daily 'Kashmir Uzma' has hit the stands in the Valley.

The newspaper has been launched by Greater Kashmir Communications, which is already publishing the leading English daily from here - 'Greater Kashmir'.

The daily is expected to cater to a huge Urdu-reading population of the Kashmir valley.

At present, about 15 Urdu dailies are being published from the Valley.
