Rice to honour foreigners killed in 9/11 attacks

Washington, Sep 9 (UNI) US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will honour foreign citizens who lost their lives in the September 11 terrorist attacks at a remembrance ceremony to be held at the State Department tommorrow.

She will then travel to Nova Scotia, Canada, where she will visit Halifax and Stellarton, accompanied by Canadian Foreign Minister Peter MacKay.

The Canadian trip will mark the fifth anniversary of 9/11 as well as underscore the two countries' friendship, shared values, and commitment to working as partners on a wide range of issues, according to the State Department.
