One killed, 8 wounded in Kashmir accident

Baramulla, Sep 10 (UNI) One person was killed and eight others wounded when a vehicle turned turtle in this district of north Kashmir today, official sources said.

They said a speeding Tata-407 (JK05-6786), on its way to Amarpora from Sopore to Amarpora in the district, turned turtle mid-way.

While one person, Bilal Ahmed Parray, died on the spot, eight others sustained injuries, the sources said.

Police have registered a case of negligent and rash driving against the errant driver.
