Local body poll dates next week

Kancheepuram, Sep 10 (UNI)Tamil Nadu state election commissioner T Chandrasekharan today said the dates for the elections to local bodies would be announced within a week.

Talking to newspersons here he said there would not be any streamlining of the constituencies. "There will not be any confusion", he added.

He said the dates will be announced in a week.
