Congress govt committed to fulfil all pending projects: CM
Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh, Sep 10 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today said the Congress government was committed to fulfill all its poll promises on time.
Speaking after inaugurating the Peddagadda Irrigation project in Pachipenta mandal here today, 60 per cent project works were completed and 41 crore out of the Rs 73 crore had been spent so far, he said.
Dr Reddy said the government would render all help to the displaced persons through relief and rehabilitation package.
He also released water under which 8500 acres of land would come under cultivation. The government would take all welfare measures to meet the farmers' problems.
