Woman kills 2 children

Ujjain, Sep 9(UNI) A young woman surrendered before the police after killing her two minor children by pushing them in a pond.

Police said Santosh Bai(29), a resident of Khachrod, confessed that she had done the heinous offence yesterday to trap her husband Lal Singh, who had illicit relations with a woman. After a tiff on the issue, Lal Singh beat up his wife yesterday.

The woman was arrested on the charge of killing Arjun (2) and Maya(7).
