Bright future for CAs

Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, Aug 9 (UNI) There is bright future for charted accounting in the World as the industry, trade, business and commerce are growing fast.

Talking to reporters here Charted Accountant of Indian Institute (CAII), President T N Manoharan said there was an acute scarcity of qualified accountants not only in India but also in the World. There is a proposal to revive the syllabus of the Charted Accountancy test.

New subjects to keep abreast of the recent trends in the business will be introduced, he said.

Mr Manoharan said the CAII has six branches in Andhra Pradesh and one more will be added at Kakinada in East Godavari district.
