Another petition seeking disqualification of a UPA legislator

Ranchi, Sep 9 (UNI) With the controversy raging over Jharkhand Speaker Inder Singh Namdhari, who issued defection notice to three MLAs, the BJP today filed another petition urging the Speaker to cancel UPA Legislator Bandhu Tirkey's membership.

The petition filed by Diwakar Minz (BJP) said Mr Tirkey, MLA from Mandar, won the last Assembly elections on the UGDP ticket but later became central president of Jharkhand Janadhikar Party.
