Suresh Raina injured by Agarkar delivery

Chennai, Sep 8 (UNI) Team India cricketer Suresh Raina was injured today after he was hit by a delivery from speedster Ajit Agarkar during the practice-match ahead of the tri-series in Malaysia.

Raina was hit on the chin while playing for Indian juniors. He had got five stitches, chief selector Kiran More said.

There was no cause for worry and he would travel to Malaysia for the three-nation tournament, More assured.

''He had five stitches but he is fine. He will be playing in the second practice match tomorrow and will very much be part of the Malaysian-bound team,'' More said.

Asked about Yuvraj Singh, who was down with fever, More said the dashing left hander would arrive here tomorrow. ''He is also fine,'' he added.
