Star News, Aniruddha join hands for 'Benaqab'
New Delhi, Sep 8 (UNI) TV channel Star News has joined hands with noted investigative journalist Aniruddha Bahal to launch 'Benaqab' -- an investigative bulletin.
''Through Benaqab, we aim to help create a better environment and a corruption-free society by taking investigative journalism to the next level,'' Media Content and Communications Services India Private Ltd (MCCS) CEO and Editor Uday Shanker said.
The bulletin -- to be launched tomorrow at 2100 hrs -- is scheduled to be aired every Saturday and Sunday at 2130 hrs from September 16 onwards.
Mr Bahal will anchor Benaqab that aims at unmasking the face of corruption and its influence in the life of common man.
MCCS is a joint venture between ABP TV, a 100 per cent subsidiary of ABP Pvt Ltd, and STAR News Broadcasting Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the STAR Group.
The JV was incorporated in September 2003 for broadcasting STAR News.
