'Slavic' wins main event

Mysore, Sep 8 (UNI) Outsider 'Slavic' (G Y Rajesh Babu up) won the H H Sri Krishnaraja Wadiyar Memorial Gold Cup, the main event of the races held here today.

The winner is joint property of B L Sanjeev Kumar M Venkatadasappa Ravindra and Dheeraj Kumar P Nagpal and trained by G Sandhu.

Jockey Y S Srinath had a brace of winner.Two favourites obliged punters in a card of seven events.
