'Makkal Kural' celebrates 34th Founding Day

Chennai, Sep 8 (UNI) 'Makkal Kural,' a Tamil eveninger, today celebrated its 34th Founding Day.

AIADMK General Secretary and Former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa visited the office of 'Makkal Kural' and felicitated its Editor M Shanmugavelu on the occasion.

She also presented him a shawl and a memento in recognition of his exemplary service.

Employees who had put in 33 years of service in the organisation were honoured and presented with a gold coin each.
