Madras HC reserves orders on Maudhani's bail plea

Chennai, Sep 8 (UNI) Madras High Court today reserved orders till September 12, on a bail petition filed by People's Democratic Party (PDPP) Leader Abdul Nazir Maudhani who was arrested in connection with the 1998 Coimbatore serial blasts case.

Justice M Thanikachalam reserved the orders after hearing elaborate arguments from both the sides.

Stating his health condition was deteriorating and he needed immediate medical treatment for changing his artificial limb, Maudhani filed the present application seeking to enlarge him on bail.
