Chargesheet against 2 accused in NSC data leak case

New Delhi, Sep 8 (UNI) The Delhi Police today filed charge sheets against two of the accused in the alleged leaking of sensitive data from the National Security Council Secretariat.

The charge sheet, under Section 3, 4, 5 of the Officials Secret Act and Section 409, 201 and 120 (B) of the IPC, was filed by the Special Cell of the Delhi Police against Computer Coordinator S S Paul and Mukesh Saini, Coordinator of the Indo-US Cyber Forum.

The court will take cognisance of the matter on September 20, when a copy of the charge sheet would be given to the accused.

Charge sheet on the third accused in the case, Brig Ujjwal Dasgupta, was yet to be filed.
