Axon Infotech's BoD approves merger with Kushal Software

New Delhi, Sep 8 (UNI) Mumbai-based BPO player Axon Infotech Ltd today said that its Board of Directors has approved the feasibility of amalgamation of another player in he sector, Kushal Software Ltd, with the company.

The BoD has also authorised the company Director Govind Sharma to appoint valuers, advisors or other personnel required to follow up the scheme and to take necessary measures in this regard on its behalf.

Axon Infotech Ltd serves Indian and overseas players in the financial markets, insurance, manufacturing and services.

Kushal Software Ltd provides software training, software development consultancy and manpower placement.
