2 constables abducted in Kanker

Jagdalpur, Sep 8 (UNI) Two constables posted at Koyalibeda police station in Chhattisgarh's Kanker district were allegedly abducted by Naxalites yesterday.

Police said constables Shiv Charan Markam and Ajendra Nareti, who were returning on motorcycle after collecting their salary from Antagarh, were kidnapped near Rolgi village.

Police teams were engaged in search of the constables.
