12-year-old girl allegedly raped

Dehra Dun, Sep 8 (UNI) A minor girl was allegedly raped by a man here today, police said.

According to the police sources, the girl, a resident of Khusalpur, was allegedly raped by Raeesh Ahmed (35) of the same locality at about 1600 hrs in a nearby field, under thana Sahaspur.

A case has been registered under IPC 376 against the accused.

However, no arrest has been made yet, police said.
