Rain at a few places over Rayalaseema

Hyderabad, Sep 7 (UNI) Rain occurred at a few places over Rayalaseema, while there was isolated rain over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, according to the weather office here today.

The weather office has predicted light to moderate rain or thundershowers were likely over Telangana and Rayalaseema and isolated rain or thundershowers over Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next 24 hours.

Chief amount of rainfall recorded during the last 24 hours in cm: Penukonda four, Holagunda three, Anantapur, Chintapalli, Cumbum, Dowleswaram, Hindupur, Nagarjunasagar Dam and Srikalahasti two each.
