No buyout plans: RelQ

Bangalore, Sep 7 (UNI) Leading independent software testing company, RelQ Software, today termed as ''speculative'' reports in the media that it was being acquired or was in talks with EDS.

Company President Prakash Mutalik, in a release here today, said the report in the media today ''is speculative in nature with no factual references. Till date, none of the EDS officials or those remotely connected with the company have approached us in this regard.'' He said RelQ had been witnessing a good period for the last few years with revenues soaring up significantly and profits more than doubled. ''We continue to have a steadfast focus on our growth, revenue and commitment to all our stakeholders'' he added.

RelQ, with its growing team of Quality Assurance/Test engineers, was currently over 500 strong and had completed over 700 projects for leading Companies in USA, UK, France, India and Singapore.
