Mysore varsity to start courses in Electronic media
Mysore, Sep 7 (UNI) The University of Mysore will offer two new courses in electronic media under the self-financing schemes from this academic year.
In a release here today, Educational Multimedia Centre Director, Director A Balasubramaniam, said the varsity would start a post graduate degree and diploma course in electronic media.
The modules taught in the MSc course included visual media and communication, digital media and instrumentation, cinematography, editing digital video and audio, production planning and managment and script writing. Students would also be working on projects They would be exposed to the latest skills and equipment, he added.
He said 20 seats would be offered to Indian students and four to those from abroad.
