MindTree Consulting launches book on integrity

Bangalore, Sept 7: MindTree Consulting, an international IT and R and D services company, today took the initiative to communicate the importance of integrity in organisation building by releasing a book 'All About Integrity' for its stakeholders.

The demand for talent in the IT industry, which was at its peak now, had led to challenges in building a shared understanding within an organisation on what is integrity and what constituted breach of integrity.

Commenting on the book, MindTree said in a release here that it considered integrity, be it within the company or outside, to be one of the key principles that people should abide by. The book not only covered the company policy on integrity, but also included real life cases of breach of integrity within the company and the manner in which they were resolved.

MindTree Chief Operating Officer Subroto Bagchi said the book was not aimed at scaring people, but to reinstate the importance of values, of which integrity was the keystone. ''This book is a step for us to align the diversity of talent at MindTree with the company's core values, in our effort to develop a high achieving organistaion built on the principles of honesty and openness.''
