Maharashtra Seamless Board declares 30 pc interim dividend

Mumbai, Sept 07 (UNI) The Board of Maharashtra Seamless has declared an interim dividend at 30 per cent, equivalent to Rs 1.50 per equity share of Rs 5 each, for the financial year 2006-07.

Announcing this, the company said the decision on the interim dividend was made by the Board at its meeting held today.

The company recommended dividend at 70 per cent, equivalent to Rs 3.50 per equity share of Rs 5 each for the year ended March 31, 2006. This decision was taken by the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 30, 2006.
