Five hard core rebels arrested in Manipur

Imphal, Sep 7 (UNI) Five hardcore rebels of different militant organisations were arrested in separate joint raids by police and army in the past 24 in Manipur.

Police said a cadre of United National Liberation Front (UNLF) was apprehended at Bishenpur. In a separate raid by the army, three ultras of the same outfit were arrested from the same district.

In another incident a cadre of People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) was nabbed by Assam Rifles.
