UPS becomes funky desktop accessory
Bangalore, Sep 6 (UNI) The city-based Shining Emotional Surplus, a management solutions provider, today unveiled the multi-utility consumer sensitive designed product, the Uninterrupted Power System (UPS) fitted with a host of value added features of an attractive aesthetic appearance here today.
Talking to reporters after after unveiling the product, Company Founder Shombt Sen Gupta said the concept of the product design, hitherto a forte of developed Western countries, had now been brought to India.
The specially designed UPS had value added features such as mobile phone charger, clock and a CD rack. From the present outlook, the UPS had become a funky desktop accessory from the conventional lacklustre below the table device, he added.
Mr Gupta said his company had designed the UPS system for Wipro-E-Peripherals and was presently working on various projects in different verticals including automobiles, consumer electronics, mobile technology and farming equipment.
He revealed that the product had been rolled out after three years of research. ''At shining we have invested a lot of time and money to develop a design process and team to deliver globally competitive unique product designs for the Indian global market.'' He said the company deployed unique, innovative and proven emotional surplus theory to create sustainable value for the client and consumer. The company's strength was its unparalleled understanding of customer and consumer sensitivity in the context of the latest socio-cultural trends and in aligning the company's internal operations and layers, products and brands to this sensitivity, he added.
