Uma for CBI inquiry into Prof Sabharwal's death

Raisen, MP, Sep 6 (UNI) Bharatiya Jan Shakti President Uma Bharti has said a CBI inquiry must be ordered into the death of Ujjain's Madhav College Professor H S Sabharwal in student violence.

Talking to reporters before addressing 'Mahila Sammelan' here yesterday, Ms Bharti claimed that Prof Sabharwal was murdered and a CBI inquiry was required to bring out the truth.

Regarding politisation of the issue, she said politics over the issue was started by the BJP.

Addressing the Sammelan, Ms Bharti alleged that atrocities were being committed against BJS workers. She also demanded an early arrest of the accused in the cow slaughter case here.
