Rain may occur in Telengana area

Hyderabad, Sept 6 (UNI) Rain or thundershowers may occur in Telangana areas during the next 24 hours, according to the weather office here today.

Isolated showers may occure in the rest of the Andhra Pradesh during the same period, the centre added.

The Chief amounts of rainfall recorded during the last 24 hours in cm were at Ellanndu and Mahaboobabad: seven each. Nalgonda, Karimnagar: five cm each, Sircilla, Manthina, Madhira, Devarakonda Khanapur: four cm each. Boatha, Putnur, Narayanakhed, Ramagundam, Bheemgal and Kunavaram :three cm each.
