PIPDIC employees observe fast to press demands

Pondicherry, Sep 6: Employees of the Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation(PIPDIC) today observed a fast in front of the legislative assembly to press their demands.

They were demanding, among other things, removal of the anomalies in their salary.

Pondicherry Engineering College Employees Association members and Group 'D' government employees also went on a fast in front of the assembly for the same demand.
