Pawar rejects Telgi's allegation

New Delhi, Sep 6 (UNI) Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar today termed as irresponsible and baseless the reported confession made by multi-crore stamp paper scam accused Abdul Karim Telgi naming him as allegedly involved in the case.

"There is no need to take any cognizance of what a criminal has said,"Mr Pawar said reacting to Telgi's confession aired by a TV channel.
